School Songi (developed and operated by Dahuk Infotech) provides Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, cloud-hosted school management platforms, and electronic SMS wallet recharge services.

Because all our products and services are 100% digital and web-based, no physical goods or physical shipments are involved, and no physical courier or postal delivery is required.

2. Delivery & Fulfillment Timelines

• SMS Wallet Recharge Delivery: Upon successful payment through our Razorpay checkout, the recharge amount and corresponding SMS credits are calculated and added to the respective school account instantaneously (within 1 to 5 minutes). A digital transaction confirmation and receipt will be generated immediately on your dashboard.
• ERP Subscription Activation: New school instance setups and annual software license extensions are typically provisioned and activated within 2 to 24 hours of commercial contract confirmation and payment receipt.
• Digital Invoices & Receipts: All transaction invoices and tax receipts are electronically delivered to the school administrator's registered email address and made downloadable within the web portal.

3. Delivery Confirmation & Verification

Administrators can immediately verify the fulfillment of their recharge by navigating to:

• SMS Details & Transactions: Check the updated SMS balance and latest transaction ledger in real-time.
• Subscription Details: Verify the updated subscription validity end-date.
