1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to School Songi (schoolsongi.com), an all-in-one School ERP, subscription management, and messaging ecosystem owned, operated, and maintained by Dahuk Infotech. By accessing or using our website, web control server, mobile applications (Parent App, Teacher App, Driver App), and SMS recharge facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Our platform is intended for authorized educational institutions, school administrators, principals, staff, parents, and authorized personnel. By registering an account or managing a school profile, you warrant that:

• All information provided during onboarding and subscription activation is accurate and truthful.
• You are legally authorized to represent the educational institution on behalf of which you act.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your administrative credentials and are solely responsible for any activity executed under your credentials.

3. Description of Services & SMS Recharge

School Songi provides cloud-based school management solutions, including student attendance, fees management, smart grading, report card generation, transport tracking, parent communications, and transactional SMS/WhatsApp notification services.

Educational institutions may recharge their SMS wallet balance via our integrated payment gateway (Razorpay) to send transactional updates, attendance alerts, fees reminders, and OTP notifications to parents and staff.

4. Payments, Pricing & Billing

• All payments on our platform are processed in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹).
• Payments for SMS recharge and software subscriptions are securely processed through third-party payment aggregators, primarily Razorpay.
• You agree to provide valid and authorized payment details (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card). Dahuk Infotech does not store confidential card details or banking PINs.
• Applicable taxes, including GST, are calculated and displayed wherever mandated.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, graphic designs, logos, databases, user interfaces, documentation, and trade names related to School Songi are the exclusive property of Dahuk Infotech. Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with their active subscription plan.

6. Prohibited Activities

When utilizing School Songi, you agree not to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (SPAM), misleading notices, or unlawful SMS content through the messaging gateways.
• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineering, decompilation, or exploitation of the server infrastructure or APIs.
• Input fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful student or staff data.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

School Songi is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While Dahuk Infotech strives to maintain 99.9% system uptime, we are not liable for telecom carrier outages, telecom operator DND filtering, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen downtime beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Murshidabad, West Bengal, India.
